Focus the lantern on it and it changes into a small owl statue. Climb up to the crest of the roof at the front of the house, and you'll find a small candle. Follow the roof around to the right (no more jumping required, and the enemy can't follow you here). Once on the top floor, jump over the balcony onto the roof outside. When it's going back up, follow it to the top and to the balcony at the end (Keep your light dimmed!) There is an enemy patrolling on the top floor - it does come part way down the next floor as well.

Keep following the path around the outside of the house. Echoes of the Eye is the first and only Outer Wilds DLC. Once in the house, turn right to go up the stairs.
